The Development
Bell Channel Club and Marina is located on 120 metres (400ft) of private
beach at Bell Channel, Lucaya on Grand Bahama Island. The site is
secured by a staffed gate at the Jolly Roger Drive entrance, and the
development assures a high level security and privacy. A sandy beach is
not the only waterfront feature of the club, because as its name
suggests there is also a 25-berth marina. Club residents enjoy 275
metres (900ft) of sea and canal views and can choose to take a dip in
the ocean or lounge around the pool. There is tennis and a clubhouse

Bell Channel Club and Marina will have only 80 living units. The properties
on offer are two to three bedroom condominiums. The location of
each unit provides views of the beach, the channel or the ocean. All are
equipped with central air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher
and microwave. The cabinets are maple furnished and contain whirlpool
tubs as well as bidets. Every unit has a private patio and its own balcony
overlooking the Atlantic. Although crime is almost unheard of in Freeport,
