Philosophy
As for the previous "Alcazaba" projects described in the last chapter, the philosophy behind Alcazaba Hills
is based on our commitment to excellence and satisfaction, that began 25 years ago and that aims at creating a positive impact
on the life-style of our clients, enabling them to enjoy the interiors and exteriors of their property.
Location
Located specifically within the district of Casares, just a few minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banús and
20 minutes away from the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar and its international airport, Alcazaba Hills is in a prominent
area for residential-holiday alternatives on the Costa del Sol, with many hotels and a great selection of golf courses in
the surrounding area. At only 3 km from the town of Estepona, it is easily connected with all kind of shops and services,
and a large number of leisure and cultural activities. Its proximity to the A-7 highway, the "Costa del Sol highway", provides
fast access to other towns in the region, thus increasing the range of alternative activities available to owners.


Commercial Aspects
The apartments at Alcazaba Hills are divided into 2 and 3 bedrooms, on ground floor, first floor and penthouse
level. Prices range from 298,000€ and 550,000€ depending on the size in square metres (from 80 to 130 interior
area and 14 to 161 of terraces), on the floor and location within the development itself. All apartments have an underground
parking space and storeroom included in the price.
The apartments have marble floors, air conditioning, fully fitted kitchens, double glazing, intercom door
entry system, and Internet and satellite TV connection.
At the present moment, August 2007, 72 out of the 100 apartments of the first phase are available. The price

It is very easy to purchase an apartment and requires an initial payment of 6,000 € to secure the reservation
of the property for a set period of time. The purchase itself is made in three stage payments:
1.- Private contract: 20% of the total price of the property, 30 days after signing the reservation.
2.- 10% of the price within 8 months.
3.- 70% of the apartment price upon signing the title deeds (December 2009).
